Together, our principals bring more than 70 years of experience in economic development, working on both the public and private sides. We've written incentive agreements, served on the councils that vote on them, and represented the companies whose projects depend on them. That work has contributed to hundreds of executed agreements and more than 30,000 jobs created.

Having sat on both sides of the table gives our clients a real advantage. We understand what a city can realistically approve, where the limits are, and what its leaders need to support and publicly stand behind a decision.

Robert’s experience spans nearly 30 years in economic development, including leadership roles with organizations in Allen, Prosper, Carrollton and Greenville. His work has involved corporate facilities, mixed-use developments, retail destinations and community redevelopment projects.

His experience includes major projects such as Watters Creek, the Cisco Systems data center, the Village at Allen and Allen Event Center, Topgolf, Cabela’s, the Gates of Prosper and the Fuse Office Building.

Jim Gandy

Jim’s career in economic development includes leading the Frisco Economic Development Corporation during the city’s transformation from a community of 14,000 into one of the fastest-growing cities in the country.

During his time with the FEDC, Jim helped close roughly 350 incentive agreements, expand Frisco’s tax base from $654 million to $25 billion and create more than 27,000 direct jobs. His experience includes major projects such as The Star in Frisco, Frisco Station, Toyota Stadium and Stonebriar Centre.
